Patients

[1] Patient: A patient and member of the MSK community.

[2] Noted Patient: These are people that specifically left our Administration Team, or have contributed something towards MSK.

Low Ranks

[3] Awaiting Training: These individuals are people that have passed their application, and are eligible to be trained.

[4] Office Staff: Office Staff are staff members that work at the reception area. Their responsibilities revolve around getting patients checked-in.

[5] Nurse: Nurses are the ones that will typically bring you into an exam room, and sometimes provide medical care, if a Physician isn’t available.

[6] Charge Nurse: Charge Nurses are able to perform deliveries, do the duties of a regular Nurse, or assist another Nurse with their patient.

[7] Physician’s Assistant: Physicians Assistant are able to perform general medical needs, and assist a [8] Physician with the more advanced needs.

[8] Physician: Physicians are super important at MSK. They will typically be the one to provide advanced and general medical care, if available.

[9] Surgeon: Surgeon’s are the staff members that perform the operations, as well as complete the duties a rank [8] Physician would.

Management

[10] Intern: Intern is the very first Management position, and are the people that learn the ropes of being a Management member.

[11] Supervisor: Supervisor is the second Management position, these people are allowed to supervise and watch the hospital.

[12] General Manager: General Managers is the third Management position, these people not only do the duties of a [11] Supervisor, but are now able to host training sessions.

[13] Hospital Administrator: Hospital Administrators are able to rank at training sessions, and must complete regular Management duties. They are also able to assist the Directors of Patient Services with quality assurance.

[14] Director: The Director position is sort of like Executive Assistant, but isn’t considered an Administration spot. Directors are able to go into the Patient Services or Hospital Operations department.

Patient Services: Patient Services are ensuring the overall quality care a patient is receiving is up to our standards. They are able to make suggestions and help improve the overall patient experience. This is somewhat the [13] Hospital Administrator position, but [14] Director offers more opportunity.

Hospital Operations: Hospital Operations basically oversee the operations aspect of the hospital. They make sure everything is running smoothly, and that no issues are occurring.

Administration

[15] Executive Assistant: Executive Assistant is the very first Administration position. These staff members will sometimes get department work, and learn the ropes of being an Administration Team member. Executive Assistants still also must complete Management duties.

Public Relations: The Public Relations Department is in-charge of overseeing all current and potential affiliates, as well as coordinates all events.

Human Resources: The Human Resources Department is in-charge of managing Intern recommendations, oversee all Middle Rank promotions, and specialize in staff performance with the Compliance Department.

Compliance: The Compliance Department oversee staff activity, issue staff consequences, and specialize in staff performance with the Human Resources Department.

Medical: The Medical Department oversees all training operations, employee development, and resource management.

[16] Executive Officer: Executive Officer is the second Administration position. This position doesn’t really cover much of the Management duties, and are now responsible for carrying out daily department and Administration responsibilities.

Senior Administration

[17] Executive Director: Executive Directors are the people that run and manage their departments. They are also in-charge of making sure their department has the proper resources to be successful.

[18] Board of Directors: Board of Directors are the people who oversee departments to maintain consistency within the Administration+ Team, and are now apart of the Executive Board at MSK.

Head Administration

[19] Senior Vice President: The Senior Vice Presidents oversee our Administration+ Team as a whole, and ensure that there are little to no issues. They are the ones that execute Senior Administration promotions, with the assistance of the other Head Administration members.

[20] President: The President is centralized around assisting the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, and help them carry out their duties. They also oversee all staff and hospital operations.

[X] Chief Operating Officer & [X] Chief Executive Officer: The COO and CEO oversee all development matters, and all employment operations.
