I am now going to talk about some guidelines, tips and notices for your interview session. This way no rules are broken and you will likely pass this interview session.

We promote a lot of people as some of you may notice, but you do NOT hint for a promotion. This can lead to sanction or a suspension, also it will lower your chance of being promoted in the future.

At this time, I will be going over all interview session rules that must be followed in order for your interview to be secure and valid. Please do NOT go AFK and pay attention carefully as I state the rules.

Interview Rules:

[ I ] Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.

[ II ] Respect all present staff and attending interviewees. Disrespect is not tolerated and will result in you being removed from the server.

[ III ] You must answer each question within 3 minutes after being asked the question. Exceeding this time limit results in failure for that question.

[ VI ] Please remain seated while waiting for your interview. If you do not remain seated, you will be kicked from the server.

[ V ] Please try not to go AFK during the interview session as you may miss out on being interviewed and if you are called upon to be interviewed while AFK, you will be kicked from the server.

[ VI ] You are not allowed to use pre written responses for the questions. If you are caught copying and pasting your answers, you will fail the interview.

Interview Tips:

[ I ] Judge responses based on these factors: response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer.

[ II ] People can correct themselves if they make a grammar/spelling mistake and not be penalized for it. If they don’t correct themselves, then they are penalized. You will want to fail them after three unchanged errors.

[ III ] Look for a more elaborate vocabulary as well as concise and coherent sentences.

Interview Procedure:

Use the info command to make sure the account is over 30 days before you interview them if they are under 30 days kick them. When interviews have commenced, select one person at random to interview. Ask your interviewees to follow you to an empty room and have them sit in the chair in front of the desk and begin the interview. You might also want to ask your interviewees if they have any questions before you begin, then proceed to ask the interview questions. Judge them relatively harshly on their response time and correct grammar usage, as we want fast and professional bakers. Also, judge them on how thoughtful their answers appear. If they pass, congratulate them and inform them of the handbook (especially the trainee guide) and the other useful information that can be found there. If they fail, correct them on what they did wrong and inform them that they can try again at the next interview and dismiss them. If they don’t leave right away, you should kick them.
