Particular to large-scale war games in the medieval genre.
Do you prefer Snap or Free combat with One or Multi directional options?
I am working on an RPG where the player will gather, craft, and RP during the Middle Ages.
Games such as Bleeding Blades use Multi well, but combat won’t be all the content.
Another experience, Empire Roleplay, uses a premise similar to mine with One direction combat.
Is it enjoyable having multiple directions of attack, or do you prefer the simplicity of only having one?
Would you prefer your camera to lock onto other players in combat, or be allowed to freely move?
