Almost every roblox made bandana has messed up faces in the front of the mesh

Could you be a little more specific? I tried looking at the mesh and the items myself and I’m not really noticing what the messed up face is.
Also the Bombastic Bandana uses a completely different mesh than the rest you linked do.

Was thinking the same but other than that, I genuinely can’t tell what they mean by “in the front of the mesh”.
