Hi,

I found a song from a video game called “off”, and thought it really fit a place in a game I was working on. I looked up the copyright information and according to the soundtrack’s fandom wiki, “The soundtrack, and other works by ACC, are not copyrighted and are free to use in videos / streams”.

With this in mind, would I be able to upload one of the songs to Roblox? I’m not too sure if the copyright system would still warn/ban my account for a song even if it isn’t copyrighted.

If it’s not copyrighted then you should be fine, but sometimes mistakes happen when it comes to audio approval so just keep that in mind. You likely won’t get banned for uploading an audio Roblox mistakes for copyrighted work unless it violates any other part of the Roblox ToS.
