You don’t. You could appeal, but it would take you a few hours to a few days to get a response back. In this case, they wouldnt adjust the conduct because of lack of evidence.
Real people do go over appeals, but send automated messages. I got banned 14 days once, and my appeal was rejected. I sent a message after their rejection and they found out I was right and unbanned me. Although it is possible, it is intricate.
At least it isn’t a termination, just be alert. They save everything in their servers, including chats from 5 years ago, and more. Roblox knows your IP, device, location, old messages and old ban messages.
