Can you please show the rejection notice/warning too? This will make it easier for me to see why your ad got rejected.

I don not know how to see the rejection notice. Where is it?

Did you get a warning or anything?

No I didn’t see a warning.

“earn money” - don’t imply that players can earn or use real currency.

Call it coins, tokens, anything other than money, a real currency or Robux.

It’s probably because moderation messes up sometimes and accidentally denies ads. You can contact support if you have any more questions.

Can I call it “Cash” for my ad is accepted?

Your best chance is to call it something that cannot be confused for real currency and is clearly in-game currency.

Cash is probably on the border. Roblox don’t have a public list of accepted/unaccepted terms, there’s just a requirement that the media does not mislead the user (intentionally or otherwise) that you are dealing in real world currency.

You could try cash and see if it is accepted or not, but I’d still lean towards coins, tokens, gems, tickets, tokens, or some other arbitrary amount.

Or not mentioning the earning and spending of anything, and instead just refer to unlocking items.

You just have to think “can what I put be misinterpreted by someone to think that they will earn or spend real world currency directly in the game?”. If your answer is yes/maybe then I’d use different wording.

I retryed to upload my ad but I got an avertissement it was writed this:

Please do not create ads which encourage players to attempt to click them multiple times. We understand that you want as many people to visit your place as possible; however, these ads are not permitted on Roblox.

I juste replaced “Earn money to buy items!” by “Earn cash to hatch pets!”. What it is means?

Roblox bots probs mistook the red egg as a button like those ads that say “CLICK THE BUTTON 50 TIMES AND GET A MILLION ROBUX” just change up the colour or use some stock image easter egg thing

It probably means that they’re misunderstanding your game design for a clickbait ad. For example, it looks as though you want players to ‘collect eggs’. That can easily be interpreted as ‘tap these eggs and earn stuff!’ which of course is a clickbait. I would suggest remaking your ad from the bottom to top, and keep this criteria in mind.
