My appeals getting denied within seconds

I feel the appeal system we got on Roblox is completely useless. And my appeal on an texture was denied by an robot, because there is no way it was reviewed by real human.

To give more context, i was uploading texture for an 3D asset, which has blood on it and Roblox moderated it for “Violent Content and Gore”, while Roblox allows already this type of content. There are many games on Roblox which includes body horror and body mutilation, so it doesn’t make any sense, when its for my game which is rated as mature.

I would be glad if my content would get unmoderated and appeals were appealed by REAL human, not an robot.

Having a similar issue except it involves termination. :sob: Roblox really needs a new system for UGC moderation. With avatar autorigging, you can have a falsely flagged item get your account deleted as auto rig automatically uploads the model to your account multiple times. It is a total nightmare trying to get through to support.

I luckily just got only warning. But the system is annoying. Roblox pretending to focus on more mature content, but refusing pass any texture with slight blood on it. There is disconnect what Roblox is saying and their moderation.

Definitely. Roblox is not going to be able to attract talent if they can pull the rug out from developers randomly. I get there is a lot of people, but when developers and creators are taking your platform seriously to make an income, the standard should be innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. The ai auto moderation is extremely problematic and it makes me question if I want to develop for this platform at all.
