My blender mesh has weird white spots when imported

I’ve tried saving it as fbx and obj and both looked the same. I also tried to use blender modifiers such as solidify but also didn’t work

Is this a mesh issue or a texture issue?

try decimate your model by a very small amount and try again maybe? ive never seen this before

I’d assume it’s your UVs. Why wouldn’t it be?
