It looks like you uploaded it as a tshirt, you need to upload it as a shirts or pants

Ok thank you! I will take that in mind. But how would I make a t-shirt then?
A t-shirt is just a square, you could have any size square as long as it’s 128 pixels by 128 pixels (bigger resolutions get automatically downscaled)

Yes for t-shirts you just upload a square, for shirts and pants you use the template.
