I need help! I am trying to spawn in my own character but the head is off center. I can’t seem to find a solution… Anyone can help me find a solution to this?

I never really come by this problem before, have you tried to restart your studio or reinstall the plugin? Usually glitches like that fix up with a quick reinstall.

I did but it still glitches sadly…
Odd, this problem maybe on the plugin’s side. Maybe a script or some peace of code no longer works, judging by how the plugin imports the model, You can still move the head parts to the upper torso.
But I’m scared that the head will be a little off and look weird
True, I went to see if I had the same problem on my client but the problem isn’t happening for me. Are you using paid or free version? I am using free version, maybe some plugin files are still on studio. The only thing I would recommend is to reinstall ROBLOX studio

\Just do it the normal way and grab the character when you hit play solo in studio.
It may be that your roblox avatar is in R15 and you are trying to put it in as R6.

ok… So, you Load Character Plugin you are using now is Old Version
The Owner Of That Plugin Made a new one you you need to Pay 25 
to buy and use it
I think you could just select the head from the group and just move it, but the owner did make a new plugin that costs 25R$, if you need that.
I copied the entire contents of UpperTorso and Head from a model that worked fine with this plugin into the affected model’s UpperTorso and Head and it worked well to keep the rig intact.
