It’s been more than 3 weeks and, my Devex still hasn’t arrived, after I registered an account using PayPal for payment method and made a tax form on tipalti.

First time always takes a while, plus you submitted it during the holidays. Just wait.

Yes he is correct. The first time always takes longer also during the holidays they couldn’t do devex payouts so now they have to catch up on a bunch of them.
