On behalf of my friend I am writing this because my friends account YouKyato recently got terminated because someone changed the email on his Roblox account and it as affiliated with stealing other peoples accounts and taking there Robux away. He recently retrieved his account back then weeks later he was terminated.
This is a picture he took from his email when someone tried to take his account away, and in the email it says the location of where they tried to login “Moscow, Russia” and he does not live in Russia.

This is his explanation:
My account that I have been playing and developing on for the last 14 years has been falsely terminated for “creating an account to avoid enforcement action”. I’ve been playing and working on this account for years and I have not done anything in such regard tried to bypass termination through the use of alts.
I believe that this issue was triggered in a singular way: my IP was linked to a recently banned roblox email which I have no association of.
My roblox account was compromised from a linked gmail account. I know this since when logging in one day, my account had no more robux in the account and checking settings shows that my original email was switched. Image shown below is the malicious user attempting to log in. Since I do not own the unfamiliar account I had to go through roblox support to retake control of my account.
So why did roblox terminate my account?
By the moment I logged into my account, I believe that my IP was linked to this email when the roblox account was compromised. So when I did make the switch back to my original account, this could have been seen by the Roblox Bots as avoiding enforcement action.
However, I have customer support tickets to help show that I do not own that malicious account.
Additionally, if admins look back at the IP of where the malicious user logged in from, it should show a completely different IP than normally frequented.
During that time, the person who stole his account was doing malicious actions on his account in which he was not apart of while breaking Roblox’s Terms of Use.
Has anyone else have experienced this? Please like so this issue can be resolved.
