My employer is 16, and would be using his moms PayPal account to DevEx. For some reason however, even though i’ve paid him in excess sales from UGC group funds, it comes back as not eligible.
There are plenty other reasons the request could be denied other than the legitimacy of where the funds come from. They should email support about it. My guess is it’s the discrepancy between the name on the tax documents and the recipient of the funds, or their account has moderation history that may make them ineligible.
