To put something on sale you have to be inside of the UGC program.
(by the way nice hair)
For your first ugc accessory I like the style! I would wear it my self.
Also to answer your question, you can’t put it on sale. You have to be in the ugc program or have connections with someone in the ugc program, you can ask them to put it on sale.
