Hm, Try to use ,Shade Smooth" to make whole mesh smoother and also you can add some smaller details but it’s your first UGC and my first models also weren’t great. I wish you fun with creating more further UGC’s.

Seems okay as it’s a basic one. Looks okay, but you might want to improve on making extra parts of the hat.
