My First GFX Ever

Hello. I’m mainly a builder but I felt like I should try something new and looks like it went with GFX
I didn’t have much experience with blender (especially with making GFX so that’s my real first time)
I was inspired with graphics from SWAT 4 and a little bit of Ready Or Not. I rendered it in blender using Cycles engine

The GFX

Great render - certainly better than my first GFX. Keep it up and in no time your talent will show.

For your first GFX, that is actually insane. You definitely have a lot of talent for GFX! Nice work!

its ok for your first gfx. lighting and scene doesn’t make sense and you need to fix the scene itself because of as I said earlier, the lighting, and now also the modeling and stuff. so for the character, the posing is no posing in the legs which makes it look rigid and since there isn’t any lighting good its really dark and that’s a problem. also I’m not sure guns are supposed to be held that way

There is actually posing in the legs but it’s just barely visible, it was actually supposed to be that dark too just to make it cinematic. Pretty sure guns are held like that most of the time and if not, then it just looks good for me

FBI OPEN UP

Overall it’s really good, especially for your first GFX. The lighting is odd but everything else is great.

I used one of the rooms of the home on default suburban roblox place and it came with these bad lights so no wonder the lighting looks odd, I just weren’t sure how I were supposed to make it look good. Thanks for the opinion anyway

That’s awesome for your first GFX, love the scene and dynamic posing.

A suggestion I have for this piece is to probably reduce how harsh the shadow is on the 2 characters behind the front one, they look like silhouettes, and it’s a little bit hard to tell what direction they’re facing.

Other than that, everything else is great, keep it up!

I’d recommend having a clear idea of where your light source is and what it is. That way it’s a whole lot easier rather than guessing where to put shadows and where to put highlights according to the scene. In this case, there are multiple sources and it’s also your first time trying this out, so I understand it’s hard.

I really appreciate the feedback! I’m currently trying out a new scene so I’ll make sure I have a clear light source
