So, I had a idea of making a modern house and this is what I could do so far by now.
(I still haven’t done the insides like decorations, I only have the stairs)

I love it, but the back feels empty, maybe but some windows or something.
I cant put windows on the backs because there will have a stair inside the house right there. (It wouldn’t make sense of having a window in a place you can’t even look at)

Depending on where the stairs are, you could put a window under the stairs. I’m assuming that there will be a room that the stairs are in, am I correct?

This is extremely tacky and bland. Modern homes include details such as shutters, chimneys, more windows and a much fancier outside with overall architecture.
I would suggest focusing on the architecture of this build. Maybe more slants, stairs, anything! This really just looks like a hispanic home, as it’s very plain, but still beautiful.
I would focus on detail, and the main scenery of a modern home, otherwise great job for a beginner!
Then say some of it.
Edit: BTW this looks really good, especially the night lighting. I don’t think I could do this if I tried.
