my lighting is on future mode, and other than that, all my settings are default. Keep in mind, the light of my flashlight isn’t the thing vibrating like that, it’s only the shadow in the middle of the light.

found out why, the light texture was too close to the spotlight. The further the decal is from the spotlight, the less laggy it becomes until it renders unnoticeable.
