My game apparently doesn't have permission for audio i uploaded

i tried re-uploading the audio, the re-upload also doesn’t have permission apparently,
i can’t give permission cuz the website says “the audio can’t be made public at this time”,
the game is uploaded and published,
im about to rip my eyes out of my sockets please help

Is the game uploaded to a group or on your profile?

Also make sure your experience has been added in the audio settings page.

the game is uploaded to my profile and so are the audio files

Are you sure what your trying to add is your experience universe ID? Mind showing me where you got the ID from?

Ah well that is the issue right there. What your getting from your game URL is the place ID (if it is the one that players join via then that would be the spawn/main place).

To get the universe ID you can go to https://create.roblox.com/, click the experience you wish to get the ID off and then in the URL there is a number which is your universe ID.

An alternative is to go into Studio, load the game, then run this line in the command bar.

print(game.GameId)

Yes, game.GameId is the Universe ID, I’ve tried it and it works.

Yea but it is just easier to get it via the creator dashboard tbh I personally think.
