My game Asylum Life got banned yesterday for "Discrimination, Slurs, and Hate Speech"

So yesterday my game Asylum Life got banned for “Discrimination, Slurs, and Hate Speech”. The Game has been public for over a year, and has managed to generate 38 million visits.

I haven’t updated the game in a while. So I’m surprised it got banned out of the blue.

The Annoying thing is that they haven’t told me what asset/feature in the game caused it to be Banned. I’ve sent a support ticket to Roblox asking this so that I can swiftly remove any assets/features causing “Discrimination, Slurs, and Hate Speech”. If anyone has any experience with this sort of think, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I’ve had some assets of mine being removed for no reason out of the blue despite not touching them in ages and what I suppose got them banned is either the bad AI moderation bot or they changed their minds on something that years ago was allowed.

Now as for your game, did it allow free user creation or in other words, allowed users to make stuff inside the game (for example, drawing on a whiteboard freely)?

There’s an announcement system for players with the Warden gamepass, and a votekick feature which allow users to enter in text to broadcast to everyone. But I used Text filtering | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub as the documentation said. So maybe players were able to bypass Roblox Text filtering?

Perhaps, or your game was simple mass reported and taken down for no apparent reason. Try sorting it out with support as you are already doing and let me know if anything changes.

OK, will do thanks for the help.
