My Game Isn't Found In It's Search Results. [Help]

So I’ve been struggling some time now with issues on Roblox’s end.
Multiple reports, emails and I consistently always get basic replies along the lines of Our engineers are working on it, we don’t have a time estimate and it should be fixed eventually, you’ll notice on the site once it is fixed.

However this just simply isn’t enough… I’ve been mentally tired and frustrated because of this, my game was at thousands playing until I had realized it dropped to 300s and even 100s due to my game getting “shadow banned” off any search listings.

I reported it many times and my game and huge investment (hundreds of thousands of robux) is basically wasted as Roblox did not attempt to compensate or help me directly in any sort of way.
It really feels like they don’t seem to care that I’ve spent over a year of time, as well as big amounts of money in my eyes for this game to get where it WAS

I managed to get it out of the shadowban on my own, yet my game stood at 300s, new reason??

Now it’s banned from certain search results that it 100% should be on, not to mention that I was also on the platformer obby sort.

My game is an obby, Escape Prison Lab Obby (Evil Scientist) (NEW) - Roblox

It can’t be found in the major search results like “Escape Obby”
“Obby”
“Escape The”

As well as other important searches… Can ANYONE please help me in anyway? I have a lot invested into this both time, money and hope…

I can find it as the first result with these terms

Yup, as explained it’ll be there in that search result but not the main big ones that it should be on such as ;

Escape Obby
Escape
Obby
Escape The

These are very popular search terms in which my game was on all of them, pretty high up to. No idea why its no longer there.

yeah roblox’s search features are pretty terrible, I don’t think your game is shadowbanned though since it still appears in more detailed searches

I see many games that have less players with similar titles to yours appearing when I search the terms you posted, not sure why that is

Usually when someone searches up “FPS” or “RP”, it shows the games who does the best with the algorithm.

Once you gain more visits, likes and MAU, you’ll get higher up there in the search bar.

Bro, I have stated before above…

I was on all of them. I have more visits and more MAU/DAU then 80% of the games on those terms… It’s not something like that.

Something is wrong like bug/glitch wise and I just don’t know why.

Oh! Then maybe they’re trying to give a chance to smaller games? Or you can sponsor or advertise it see if that fix

I very much doubt this since they’ve acknowledged multiples times that there is something wrong.
Yet nothing is seeming to be done. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of robux on this game… even as of recent lots…

It’s something going on with my game that I can’t fix on my own sadly. I even got dropped from sort… Which is extremely unfair.

Ofc! It’s very unfair! Why would your game just “disappear”?
Roblox should be more descriptive about the algorithm.

Roblox keeps changing up the search algorithms, this is intended although unlucky on your side. If you were shadowbanned it’d be like my game and never show up in any searches, although Roblox doesn’t wanna fix that either, they don’t acknowledge that it’s a wrong shadowban either they just go like “Engineers are working on etc.”
