My game started to silently fail publishing

I’ve been working on one game for a while and just now I clicked “publish”. It took like twice as long to publish than normally, but finished loading and said the game was successfully published. I played the game and the old version was still there and when I click “Edit game”, it actually loads up an older version of the game and not the latest one I have uploaded.

I tried publishing to another game and it worked… Apparently this current project alone decided to stop publishing to Roblox.

It’s very important for me to work on this project right now so I’m currently looking for quick solutions.

UPDATE

Could be a false alarm - I uploaded my older version from local archive and uploaded newer version again and it seems to have went back to normal. Though I was struggling with this problem for like 30 minutes.

I dunno why but I find pressing Alt + P to be way quicker than using the menu button and waiting for the bar, but how does it seem quicker when both ways are doing the same thing. I also noticed going through the menu and uploading most of the time becomes unresponsive and locks up.

I’ve been having this issue too. It seems like if you join a game right after publishing it will sometimes use an old version. If you wait long enough though, it always catches up, but this is still very frustrating when trying to test :frowning:

I haven’t experienced this, but I do have a habit of shutting down all servers of the game as soon as I publish before testing, regardless if there are any servers running.

I do that too, but it doesn’t seem to help. I also make sure there are no servers running before joining.
I’m using team create though, maybe that has something to do with it?
