In the past few days I’ve noticed my games are getting leaked and sold, which is annoying after such hard work, I don’t really know how they are leaked or how to exploit them but I’m pretty sure my games don’t have viruses or free models, is there anything I can do about it? Also sometimes my game servers gets DDoSed , I know who’s doing that but I can do nothing about it, Please help ASAP.

If someone is stealing your assets and re-uploading them for free or as a paid content, you can send a DMCA claim to Roblox, detailing your issue, and they should deal over with the individual.
Though, if you are getting DDoSed, I am pretty sure that’s an illegal act (at least in my country, which is France) and that you could take them in justice.
I don’t think you can really do anything about models getting stolen, unless you can figure out how to prevent the exploiters from saving your game, so you might wanna resort to the options I gave above.
