My game’s information such as Description & Name Auto translation doesn’t seem to work:
The in-game auto translation works fine but the description and name in other auto translate supported-languages don’t seem to be in effect, even tho the “experience information” option is on
it doesn’t seem to change anything about the game’s title or description in other languages, If you could please reset the auto translation in my game somehow so the auto translate for game name & description would work.
Thanks for your bug report! We noticed that you manually cleared your translations with an empty string. To prevent us from overwriting any developer translations, our AT logic will not translate anything that already has an existing manual translation in place, which causes your name and description to no longer be translated.
We’re currently working on a way for devs to reset translations, however in the meantime I can manually reset the state of your translations as a one-time thing.
As a side note, we want to better understand your use case, could you let us know the reason for deleting the translation?
I had a feeling i did that but did not remember, i prob did that because the translation wasn’t correct but now seeing other games with proper translation and im pretty sure its auto translate, but anyway, i would like to reset translation
