It was only the main menu and a small part of the map then i stopped working on the project.
But in September 6, i made the GUIs, sounds and everything you can find in the game.
It’s still against the rules.
Step 1) Create a new place
Step 2) Copy and paste from old place
Step 3) Publish to ROBLOX

I would say that if it was only a main menu, and had not been published (really publishing the game is the main point of contention), then so long as you make it as a NEW place (gotta be created after September 6) then you should be ok.
I’m saying that as the official judge, taking things on a case by case basis, and this ruling does not necessary apply to any other games, but if you have questions on the matter feel free to ask me!

The “game” is kind of a vague thing, really. Some people make a lot of modules with the intention of re-using them later, so you could argue that anyone who uses any of that is breaking the rules, but that wouldn’t really be fair.

Jump scares are just screamers so don’t even bother adding those randomly. I’m going for psychological scares. The unknown is even scarier.
