In the past month, my group, thomasroIImann has received more robux than we earned. My partner and I both have a recurring payout set at 50%, and yet, the group itself receives ~22.1%
To be clear, my partner and I still receive 50% of group profits but on top of this we make an extra ~22.1% because of this glitch. At first I thought this was just rounded profits going to the group but this seems like way too much for it to be just rounded profits.
I can confirm this is not premium payouts, as the Robux is not under “Group Premium Payouts.” Also, the Robux pended in 3 days, not 30 days, and this 7,000 is way more than the premium payouts page says I’ve made.
Yeah I can attest to this, the recurring payout feature does not work as expected, I was unable to reproduce it but even though the person I contracted and I shared revenue 50/25, the group still received more robux than the contractor with a 25% share in its balance.
The bad thing is that I was unable to ascertain if we were receiving extra or less than normal since we did not log in game purchases and I never went as far as to scrape the purchases from the logs available onsite. I advise you to try and figure out if you are truly receiving the amount you are owed, I cannot help as this is no longer an issue for me.
I am in the process of checking over bug reports and following up on some bugs that haven’t received any activity in a while.
Is this issue still occurring or can you confirm that this bug has been resolved? We are having a hard time reproducing this issue.
