My group name "Gion Karyukai" is getting text filtered

My entire community is unable to say the name of our group.
I am humbly requesting this be corrected as soon as possible.

Karyukai (Meaning of the word)

The Karyūkai (花柳界) meaning “ The Flower and Willow World ,” is the collective name for the areas in which geisha and the traditional establishments where they entertain are located. All hanamachi belong to the karyūkai.

Reason & No ToS/Intended use violation.

1. We invested into this name for authenticity. There was no issue with saying it at the time the group name was created.
2. Roblox’s group name filter approved of the group name. We checked all interpretations and trusted in that process.
3. It does not violate any of the Roblox ToS, Filtering rules, or Intended use of roblox’s communication services.
4. It is not the name of a specific location and cannot be used to dox or reveal a specific location. It is a symbolic word for the traditional geisha culture.

Here is info on when the group was named this & when it was fine to say.

Please help us. We spent a lot of time and effort updating our community of over 7 years, trusting in the parameters/guidelines set for us by Roblox. We checked several names to make sure our group name was fine. And it was approved, only to be blocked randomly.
I have been as detailed as I can possible be about the issue it is very important to our community.
I think this is a simple mistake though and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I’m not really sure but all I know is that Roblox is really bad at moderating words that is in a different language, such as russian, deutsch, etc. They could say GionK instead of saying the whole group name, but I’m not really too sure.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘without /’
Whenever the name is typed the exact same behavior I reported originally is still ongoing.

In my example I did not enter a / in the text, as you can see it gets backspaced before I hit enter. (it that’s what you mean)

Here’s a deleted old post where a regular said you could request roblox mod to review a translated word and they will unfiltered the word so it won’t get moderated.

Not sure what you need from me here… Can’t post for anyone as it’s against the rules to do so no matter if they previously had something or not. As much as it sucks to have something moderated, all you can really do is wait for Roblox to fix it themselves.
