My group's name keeps getting censored

This has been an issue I have been having for roughly about 1-2 years now, and I have emailed ROBLOX customer support and ROBLOX moderation about this issue over and over again, to no avail.

My group keeps getting its name censored. “Frigus” isn’t a bad word whatsoever - it simply means “cool” or “cold” in Latin.

I find this issue incredibly annoying and extremely insulting, given that the group name was approved years ago (2016) when we established and “Frigus” was not censored until a couple of years ago, and we are a fairly medium-sized operation, we should not be having this issue.

Update: On one of my group’s walls, I was able to say just “Frigus” on its own over and over again, like here, with no issue. However, when I tried to include the word “Frigus” in a sentence, it was still triggered for censorship on a group shout post, like seen here and here.

This reminds me of the text filter tagging my actual name (which is why I changed my username and display name), “Xane”. Just like your example, if it’s written by itself, it’s accepted, but if anything is written around it, it becomes tagged, as this old screenshot shows:

I wish there was a topic that members (not regulars) could use to talk about words (and names) that shouldn’t be censored.
