I had recently played the Wild West and got inspired to code some grass like that. It’s a great attribute to have in your games for immersion so I thought I’d give it a go, and I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out.

No Lag here. I had stress-tested this with 23,000 grass parts, alone. To put that into perspective, 20,000 parts (depending on how you use them) is about the number of parts used for a medium-sized map.
This is really cool and looks well made. Do you have any plans of having it open sourced? This is much better than the stuff Roblox has in the terrain editor.
But you know what would make this even better? If you added wind interaction so it flows in the wind. That would be really cool!
