When I click on it (as the post creator) it shows fine, but if I click on it as a different user, then it redirects me to a 404 error
Expected behavior
Normally, no matter what, it will show the page perfectly fine for everyone.

Seems to work fine for me. Could have been you opened these pages before they were published on Roblox’s end and your browser cached the 404 page.
I’ve tried a few days later, it still gives me the same problem.

I don’t know why this is happening, if I view it as my own account (the one that posted the Job) then it shows perfectly fine.

No, my account isn’t age verified. I am on a 13+ account but I have not verified my age using government documents. Is that what is causing this problem?
Yes we have a differential behavior for verified and un verified accounts. Jobs from unverified accounts is visible only to verified accounts.
That’s strange, because I happened to have applied to an unverified job a week or two ago and I find issues now with my own post and we are both unverified
