Hello! In summer 2024, I plan to design a tower for a game known as Juke’s Tower of Hell, and I want you guys to see if my idea would fit good enough into the game.
So my tower that I will be creating will be known as Tower of One-Studded Suffering (or ToOSS for short) and every single piece of the tower will be part of a normal tower frame as displayed here:

I plan to make it have sorta a frame like this, but just make all the obstacles one studded to add more punishment to the player when they fall. (obviously, there is suffering in the name lol)
I would like to see your insight on my plans, as I do not really know what to put inside of my tower for the players to experience.
I have gotten the baseline for the frame down, and some other ideas I have in mind. I just need a little more ideas from you guys.
I don’t think they’d add a tower containing only 1 stud jumps as they do have criteria that needs to be met for there being a CHANCE it gets added.
Criteria (may) include but is not limited to:
Design
Detailing
Difficulty
Complexity
Creativity
If I were to rate a tower containing only 1 stud size parts, I would rate it with the following:
Design: 3/10. Not much you could really do.
Detailing: 2/10. Again, not much you can really do when everything is 1 stud.
Difficulty: Hard, maybe too hard? I’m only on ring 2 but can do complex jumps, so I’m not sure.
Complexity: 1/10. Again, there just isn’t much you can do with just 1x1x1 parts.
Creativity: 1.5/10. The idea is kinda creative, but will of course get very repetitive after the first floor.
It would fit the subgenre of meme towers, however.
I see the general idea comparable to that of Long Tower which is literally just a meme tower. The idea of exclusively 1 stud parts on paper sounds alright, but as a full tower, especially one in JToH, wouldn’t be too fun at all.
tl;dr, I personally don’t think it would fit in at all, as its gameplay would get to repetitive and there simply isn’t much you can do with 1x1x1 parts.
Hello! Thanks for your insight, i might make changes later onto the tower that involve more than just one stud, I plan to make this tower purism based, and I wanna try making it enjoyable as possible, thanks for the ideas!
