It looks great; you could make some good money from selling this. My only issues with are:

  • The small buildings are a bit too blocky.

  • There aren’t any textures for the grass or the pavement.
  • The blocks forming circles around these sell / buy pads are too big.

  • Also, there isn’t much in these other areas.

I think you should just add more stuff into the map. But I don’t think you should change anything about the design.

I Don’t See Anything Wrong or Any flaws in the Map! Its perfect, But I have OCD and the Black Areas Platform being outside of the small hills just annoys me.
