My mortar bullets are rubber banding backward

So I have been making some mortars that will fire large bullets. Sounds simple. However, I have been having a problem where the bullets would rubber band backwards, but only if the player is in the area. It works fine otherwise. I’ve tried messing with NetworkOwnership but it never worked. I don’t know how to fix this. I’m using LinearVelocity to move it.
