Yesterday, you all saw my old PC and gave me feedback! I made a new one today. Some I made in blender, most in studio.
What I did in blender:
Used the bevel modifier and shaded it smooth.
Imported a circle mesh for the mouse.

The monitor looks good.
The keyboard kinda looks a bit small
And the mouse looks like a flat pancake.
Anyways, it looks great.

What do you mean by this?
I highly recommend you extend the cord on that mouse. Realistically, you wouldn’t be able to move that mouse at all with a cord that tight.
