I uploaded a remix that i made of a song which allows itself to be redistributed without any copyright stuff.
i literely redid the whole peice of music and it gets removed for violations of TOS
What do you want to achieve? Getting my Audio on.
What is the issue? I cannot upload it as i keep getting the same warning.
I have no idea what i need to do and if anyone can help, please let me know.
Remixes always require a license from the original creator to distribute legitimately, so Roblox’s automated detection likely stopped it from being uploaded because it sounded like an existing song in the libraries it compares uploads with
According to online sources we are allowed too and the original can be freely used
I’m not sure what sources you’re referencing but unfortunately that’s never the case; even if you completely recreate an existing song with your own sounds, the original creator still owns the rights to the composition (separately from the rights to the recording of the song) and any remix or replication of that song requires a license from whoever made it
