I see a lot of people’s builds that are way too blocky (in my opinion) with terrain. As a builder myself, over time I’ve devised a technique that still holds some retro style while also allowing hills and smoother-looking terrain, and I thought I’d share it.
I do mesh part to terrain, through the mesh part collider plugin generator, then simply convert it to the terrain. The result is alright, not perfect, but acceptable and usable after some smoothing.
