My PBR textures are not working in game ONLY IN STUDIO

Hello, I have a question about the material service update and how it works. So recently I have added new textures to my game using the material manager. For some reason when I try and see if it works on the Roblox app itself it does not work at all. I made the texture so that it makes all the walls shiny and reflective but when i go in game it does not work at all

I don’t know if it is a beta feature that is not available in-game yet or if it’s just something wrong with my game alone.

let me know what the issue is and how I could fix it

do you have your graphic at maximum in the roblox player? I know that PBR textures only work on High-graphics.

Also bare in mind that the majority of material service update is only in studio as it’s still in beta.

yes i do have max graphics on. I think your right though, I think its just because its in beta

It might be because of your studio graphics settings, here’s a tutorial I found on how to change them. (Because I’m bad at explaining stuff)

it’s not live for games yet, so you can only add it in studio sadly
