In my roblox game inspired by “Mall Drifters”, where you drift around but in the backrooms has tooken off and already managed around 100 active players.
You drift around to get points, but this is where the issue begins, No. 1 only some servers will have around 700ms, then the occasional servers will have 30ms, this affects my points system as it doesnt give the player points efficiently and breaks alot of server sided game mechanics.
Heres where it gets even weirder, my friend who is from the USA, and me who is from the UK both joined the same server, i had around 500-700ms, however he had 70ms, this also goes the other way round in other servers?
I really need to fix this issue as my game is getting popular and i dont want to set the wrong expectations to new players on the game, an i want to frequently update the game without knowing this problem can pretty much break the updates due to the bad network.
I have already tried to solve the issue many times by removing alot of remote events that arent necesary, especially one that was fired in a runservice loop, however that made absolutely no difference.
