My roblox game got banned For "Sexual Content" but there's literally nothing in it

I have a somewhat small little game simply called “Chance Simulator” (a little joke fangame of a character in forsaken) come out as a little passion project into learning how to script and gain more knowledge of the Roblox studio, my game recently blew up in popularity and i average around 100 CCU, however, when i logged on, i was greeted with this

i was lost, no clue what was happening, i see my game as now “[ CONTENT DELETED]” and the game was closed, so no one was able to join it

desperately, i looked around , found the ID and was greeted with this

now I’m more confused, its apparently an asset i uploaded, but i have no clue what it was, nothing in my game is missing or anything, which is more confusing, (and it does get more confusing)

looking at my violations and appeals, i don’t see a trace of it at all (ignore the past one, i was corny back then)

and usually, Roblox would send me an email stating if i violated the rules, but this time i never received one regarding it?..

Is my best bet to send an appeal? must i just wait it out until i get an answer? sorry, this is just all so sudden and also confusing? I’m a new developer, so im very lost…

Your best bet is sending an appeal especially with something like this where you don’t know the asset and you never receiving that email

yeaaaaa i sent an email out to them , I’m just waiting on the response is all, it’s very frustrating, i cant save it or do anything to it, so right now I’m just making it on a separate file :sad:

thanks’ man, just one question, (this goes out to all people reading this and who might have an answer) since the assetID is banned, does it technically remove it from the game?

I’m pretty sure it will stay within the explorer like in the game’s files, but it will not function properly or appear in runtime unless the item is unbanned

No clue if this is what happened but it’s a possibility,
I’ve heard of people using exploits to put themself and another player (generally their friend) into a sexual animation and reporting that as a screenshot, leading to the game getting banned. Again, just a theory I’ve heard has happened before, not sure if it is what happened or not.

i was thinking that too, but the asset ID that they said was the reason was apparently tied to my account, but my most recent uploads (which is hardly) arnt missing

Hello!

Your best bet is to contact Roblox Appeals

Games aren’t yet supported in the Appeals Portal i believe. You would have to click the “to appeal something not shown” option. I don’t think anyone used exploits here, there was a bug reported before which automatically deleted your game for Sexual Content after clicking publish. This didn’t affect every account

Good luck and do not create multiplie appeal tickets for the same moderation action

Unfortunately the appeals system is garbage and rarely works. I think maybe you should try and reach out to one of the mods on the dev forum (@HakaiShin_AOD often responds) as some of them do care.
