My Roblox Studio Is Broken and I cant fix it

My roblox studio is broken. Ive reinstalled it multiple times and it still is. After this, I thought maybe it was a plugin I have installed, but my plugin manager doesnt work, so I deleted my plugins from the folder. My plugins are still there. I deleted the entire roblox folder and every trace of roblox on my pc, as well as deleted all plugins from my inventory, I download roblox studio, the plugins are still there and its still broken. Please help.

Are you saying you want plugins removed?

I actually found a fix for the broken windows - Enable everything except New Character Controller in the beta. The quality is still low tho (not sure what in the beta fixes it)
