My roblox studio screen is invisible，can't see anything

My screen suddenly changed to dark, the model can’t be seen(only ui can see), and the restore doesn’t work, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I dont know if you have like full screen UI. There is a button Hide UI in View or model

try selecting a small part and press f, it would teleport your camera to the part (possibly because your x/z coordinates of the camera cframe is over 1mil)
