I think you should work a bit more on shading
Looks nice but the shading/lighting dosent really match

Your shading honestly needs a bit of work. The first thing I notice is you have a highlight in the same direction as your shadow, and it’s underneath the shadow.
Highlights come from the light source, they are a reflection of the light off of the surface. Shadows should be on the opposite side from the light source, and if a shadow and highlight are almost on top of each other the highlight should be above the shadow.
It’s also not recommended to shade in black and while. Your highlight can be white if your light source is, but making your shadow from low opacity black will leave the shadows looking dull.
The easiest way to make it look good, and the method a lot of artists use, is the multiply blending mode. Every program should have it. Essentially what you do is you take either the drawing’s colors, or a dark color like purple, and you make a new layer with the blending mode set to multiply. You can then play around with the opacity to get the look that you prefer.
Here’s a quick example I made. (You can still use airbrush to shade I just used a hard brush to show the colors better)
Also, maybe spend a bit of time after you color it making sure everything likes up, the spot where the shirt meets the head could have used some touching up.
Other than that it’s actually really good, I like the kinda cute and simple style!

This looks pretty good. You might want to add some details to the bucket hat you’re wearing currently.
