My Servo Hinge won't stop rotating OR stay still

I have looked online, but I can’t understand how they did it, and I can’t bump into old post so I decided to make it.
Title is self explanatory.

Hi, this is still unsolved, I tried increasing the Servo Max Torque to inf, it is still shaking.
