Some summaries of transactions have been very off these past few weeks. This affects at least the ‘My Transactions’ page and Game Stats data, but it could also affect other logs that I haven’t checked. To be clear: I don’t believe this is affecting the actual robux going into accounts, just the display of the total robux for each day/week/month/year.

When it started happening: I first started noticing it about 3-4 weeks ago, mid to late February
As an example, here’s my last 7 days transaction summary:
It looked very off to me so I went to calculate the sales myself. I have this plugin for sale at 99 robux, and it’s been sold 95 times in the last week, as shown on the develop page. https://www.roblox.com/library/990908723/Team-Create-with-Hats
Looking at an estimate of the amount of robux from just this plugin, something is very off: (not the actual amount since roblox rounds after tax)
I’m using chrome, but I don’t believe this bug is browser specific.
But the game stats sheet shows a Gross robux number that is LESS than the number in the CSV, which makes absolutely no sense.
We would appreciate clarification on this!!! We use these sheets for accounting and it’s important that at least ONE of then is somewhat accurate, lol.
EDIT: It is also worth noting that we are a Paid Access game, so no premium payouts etc etc.
