It doesn’t have an add entry button. I don’t know what the problem is.

“Translators can not configure any localization settings, add or delete any localization table entries, or grant translator permissions to any users or groups.”
This is by design to limit the powers that the translator role has over the experience.
Then I think there is almost no point in translators
