My UGC got falsely removed and i can't get it back

Hello there.

A roblox ban wave affected my suit (It was called Dancing Dragon), removing it because it was “Misusing Roblox systems”, and that’s not true (i do have another version of the suit, which it didn’t get removed).

This suit has been up in Roblox for half a year now, and its been one of my best-selling accessories of all my career as an ugc creator, it was also featured by Roblox themselves (in “Today’s picks”), and getting it removed just by mistake really affects me a lot.

Just to clarify, i did send an appeal for the suit, sadly roblox moderators for some reason just rejected my appeal, so i just want to see if someone can give me some advice, or if any admin can help me with this, since i doubt that roblox support will do anything about it. :cry:

I feel really bad for you. It’s too bad Roblox’s AI can’t do a thing… I wish I could.

They took down one of my decent sellers. Lost 800k pending due to it. Still haven’t even got an email or message on why it was removed but appeal was denied.(Happened today at 7:36 PM CST)

This is the second time it happens to me, first one made 1.1m and i couldn’t recover it.

If i get this one removed i would be losing around 150k sales…

Roblox really needs to start doing something about all this moderation and support thing because it’s just not fair for creators like us. :face_exhaling:
