My (unnamed) GUI-based game

The concept is relatively simple, drag cards with the opposing element from your hand onto the falling cards to damage them. Any cards that get past you add a strike, three strikes and you’re out.

Seems simple enough.

There’s a catch, the longer you survive, the more the powers of the falling cards will increase.

Fire -> Earth
Earth -> Water
Water -> Fire

It’s also iPad compatible.

I appear to have gotten a strike.

Any suggestions for a name or suggestions in general?

Points don’t save yet.

Absolutely loving the design!

BULL D:, fire don’t take out water?! >_>

No, that is not how you physics.

dats how i phizics i inestine

Well first off you need to change SOMETHING because as the game progresses the cards become more powerful while your own don’t, so it’s impossible to get past 30 points, like, ever.
Here’s what I suggest:
Make “refresh” not clear any cards you have, only fill in empty spaces. Also allow combining your hand cards.
once you do that there’s more strategyish stuff and it can do cool

Right now it feels like a game of luck, hoping the right cards come up and waiting for the refresh. Also card dragging seems to be buggy when moving the mouse to quickly. I’ll constantly drop the cards because I moved my mouse to fast. Otherwise not bad.

There’s not much I can do about the dragging since it uses the default dragable property.

Now with more features!

[li]There’s a working leaderboard![/li]
[li]You can combine your own cards![/li]
[li]Refresh got some tweaking![/li]

Do you want me to write more inefficient code?

It seems very much like it’s based on luck :stuck_out_tongue: It’s got a great design but it isn’t really fun :stuck_out_tongue: Keep up the good work!
