My video asset is rejected. What should I do?

Hello,
I wanted my video to play in my game, Rift Hunters, so I followed this guide to upload my video.
Roblox took my 2000 Roblox and my video uploaded successfully, but the status of my video says “rejected”.
I think my video met the video requirements and I am a id verified user. I have no idea why it rejected.

  • You have the legal rights to use the video asset.
  • It adheres to the Roblox Community Standards and Terms of Use.
  • It’s 30 seconds or less in either .mp4 or .mov format.
  • Its resolution is less than or equal to 4096×2160.
  • It’s less than 375 MB.
  • It includes only English audio and text (additional languages will be supported at a later date).

I checked the Roblox appeal page and there is nothing there except support.
What should I do? Please help me

The problem is that it charges 2000 robux for every upload…
