Is your graphics max level when testing & is your Graphics Level to max for studio?
I believe you can only see clear water in max graphics and not in low.

idk how do you change your graphics?
Go to File > Studio Settings and there you should find a Graphics tab or something
If that doesn’t work try going in your in-game settings by entering the game then pressing escape and change the Graphics Level to the max which is 10.
Go to File > Studio Settings > Rendering > Edit Quality Level
Change the Edit Quality Level to something higher than Level 15
To view the transparent water when play testing, go to your settings, set your Graphics Mode to Manual and make it more than 7 bars
